Dealing with Spectrum Plant is easy and very straight forward.

If it is faulty - we'll give you a full refund. You will probably need you to send the faulty thing back but we'll refund your postage costs if it is faulty.
If you ordered the wrong bit and it is still clean and we think it is re-sell-able - You will have to pay the return postage, we might charge you a small restocking fee and we'll give you a credit for the rest.
If you ordered the wrong bit and it's damaged or we don't think it's re-sell-able then we probably won't give a full refund. But do give us a call or send us some photo's and we'll see what we can do.
And just to be clear - all goods are ours until they are paid for and you are completely responsible for identifying the right part and ensuring it is fitted correctly. Our full terms and conditions are available on a separate page.
